Import orders from a CSV file

1Open Orders, then Import

The importer shows the expected columns: ship-to fields, items with categories and dimensions, and optional order numbers and notes.

2Prepare your file

Export from your store or spreadsheet with one row per order. Imperfect rows are fine: the importer takes the good rows and tells you exactly how many were skipped and why.

3Upload and review

You get an honest count: created and skipped. Nothing is silently dropped.

4Work the board

Imported orders behave like any others: quote them, hold them, tag them, ship them.
