Create your first order

1Open Orders

Sign in and choose Orders in the left menu. Your first store, the LoadLoom Store, already exists; you can rename it or add more under Stores.

2Click New order

Enter the ship-to: name, address, city and province or state. For US destinations, the customs section appears automatically.

3Add items with a category

Every item carries a category (heavy equipment, vehicles, pallets and so on) because the category drives the right dimension fields, the same ones our quote engine uses.

4Leave the order number blank, or use your own

Blank means your store's own sequence numbers it (like #1001). Your own number from another system is welcome too; it is a label, never a limitation.

5Save

The order lands on the board in Awaiting Shipment, ready to quote, hold, tag, or print a packing slip.
