LoadLoom is operated by SHIPVISTA CORPORATION, a licensed freight forwarder: FMCSA Freight Forwarder authority FF-53801, USDOT 3852466. Our authority is public record and verifiable on the FMCSA's SAFER system. Every carrier on the platform is verified against FMCSA records before their first load, and their documents, insurance certificates and agreement are kept on file.
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor; your card number never touches our servers. Cards are authorized at booking and only charged at dispatch. Bank transfers settle against your booking reference, and every payment, refund and credit is recorded with a reference and reviewed by a person. Nothing on LoadLoom moves money silently.
We collect what the shipment needs and nothing more. Public tracking pages show city-level progress only: never street addresses, names, phone numbers or precise vehicle positions. Photos uploaded to the platform are re-encoded on arrival, which permanently removes hidden metadata such as GPS coordinates. Customers and carriers connect through the platform, so neither side's contact details are exposed to the other.
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Two-factor authentication (authenticator app) is available on every account under Security. Sessions can be reviewed and revoked from your account, and payout-detail changes on carrier accounts require step-up verification with a 48-hour fraud hold when risk signals appear.
LoadLoom emails come from loadloom.com addresses, never ask for your password, and never ask you to move money to a new account by email. Invoice payment instructions always match what appears inside your signed-in account. If an email feels wrong, call 855-434-3477, press 3, before acting on it.
