Freight has real costs the moment a truck is committed. Here is exactly how our fees work, matching your agreement word for word.
1Before dispatch: free
Cancel any time before a carrier is dispatched at no charge, right from your account. Card holds are released; bank transfers are refunded in full.
2After dispatch
Once a truck is committed, cancellation goes through customer care and the agreement's fee applies: the greater of $250 or 30% of the booking.
3Truck ordered, not used
TONU is broader than cancelling: if the truck arrives and the shipment is not ready, does not match its declaration, or cannot be loaded, a $250 fee plus the carrier's documented costs applies.
4Detention
Two hours of free time at pickup and delivery are included. Beyond that, the carrier's documented waiting time is charged. Every charge is applied by a person, documented, and emailed to you the moment it is recorded.
