Moving a 2021 Kenworth W900 (Oversized)
The Challenge
A Canadian dealership needed to transport a new, custom-configured 2021 Kenworth W900 from Ontario to a buyer in Texas. The vehicle's dimensions exceeded 12 feet in width and 13 feet in height, requiring specialized oversized logistics.
The Strategy
The LoadLoom engine assigned a specialized Removable Gooseneck (RGN) trailer with a multi-axle configuration to distribute the Kenworth's weight while lowering the vertical profile for bridge clearance.
Our system automatically triggered the necessary Oversized Permits for four states and arranged for Pilot Cars and Escort Vehicles for the entirety of the US transit.
The Outcome
The LoadLoom team managed USβCanada customs brokerage and all oversized compliance. The vehicle arrived in Texas in perfect condition, 48 hours ahead of the scheduled delivery window, with all permits and pilot cars executed flawlessly.
"A move this complex requires technical precision. We had to lower the RGN deck by 6 inches just to clear a specific rail bridge in Missouri. This isn't just transport; it's engineering."
